Film Mail-in Box - Up to 2400 feet 8mm

Our mid-size film box, right for a family with reels spanning several years or several different cameras. Fits up to 2,400 feet total, any mix of silent 8mm or Super 8. Every reel is inspected before scanning, and anything fragile or brittle gets handled with extra care. Digitizing happens entirely in-house — nothing is outsourced. Our machines are frame by frame accurate, cool LED lamps and no sprockets.  Most orders are completed within 2–3 weeks of us receiving your box. Shipping is included both ways, and your order is insured in transit. Footage beyond the 2,400 ft cap is either transferred at our standard à la carte rate or returned untransferred. Your returned files will be HD 1920x1080 in MP4 format.

All inclusive transfer box for Up to 2400 feet of 8mm or Super8 silent movie film.  We ship you a box, you put your items in and ship it to us. The shipping label is included.  We will transfer the items to digital, upload your digital files online for you to view, share and download.  You can add on a USB flash drive or DVDs if you would like.  We ship your items back to you.

Eligible media:
8mm or Super 8 silent movie film from any number of film reels.

How to estimate your film lengths?  Measure the diameter of the reel.  
3 inch: 50ft
4 inch: 100ft
5 inch: 200ft
7 inch: 400ft
Most 100ft or larger reels have markings on them to identify how much film is on it.
